Cappello Hails ‘Incredible’ St George’s Park
On January 4, 20122011 was a very important year in the history of The FA – a year in which we finally got St. George’s Park off the ground. On a recent tour of the site England Manager Fabio Capello says St. George’s Park is the best facility of its kind in Europe.
2012 will see St. George’s Park open the doors. While this project is focussed on football, it is not for football alone. The FA are looking to embrace the wider sporting world. St. George’s Park is about education, about personal development, human performance, technology, sports science and medicine.
